Why Connext exists.
Most governance and transformation advisory doesn’t work. Not because the frameworks are wrong — because the people delivering them have never had to live with the consequences of their own recommendations.
They design the operating model. They don’t run it. They build the KPI framework. They don’t get held accountable to it. They recommend the restructuring. They’re on a plane before the hard part starts.
Connext was built on a different premise: every methodology we use was built and stress-tested in live mandates. That’s not a marketing claim. It’s a track record.

The goal of every Connext engagement is to leave the organization permanently better — with frameworks, systems, and capabilities that perform after we’re gone.

Ingrid Roxas is a transformation executive with 22+ years of senior operational leadership across four sectors and four geographies — public sector, energy and utilities, healthcare, and non-profits and start-ups, in Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Asia Pacific. The sector changes; the method doesn’t.
Across 17 years at Alberta’s largest municipality, she shaped more than $1B in capital allocation under a council mandate, holding residential tax stability for seven consecutive years. In a private-sector turnaround, she cut a $78M portfolio loss by 94% in twelve months. Building a new department from the ground up, she delivered $5M+ in realized value at 16× ROI in five months.
She built governance infrastructure in organizations where none existed — including environments with active resistance, leadership vacuums, and no historical performance data to work from. Sometimes the mandate is a crisis. Sometimes it’s a blank page. Either way, she finds the vision, builds the operating system underneath it, and owns the result.
She completed her LL.M. in Innovation, Law, and Technology at the University of Toronto, Faculty of Law (2026) — with a focus on AI, privacy, cybersecurity, and technology regulation. It extends a career spent modernizing cautious industries to the hardest frontier yet: AI and data as operating risks, not IT problems — the kind that become the next crisis on a board’s desk.
Ingrid founded Connext to do the work that retained consultancies rarely finish: building governance, AI, and cybersecurity infrastructure that performs after the engagement ends; executing organizational and digital transformation strategies; improving business processes; developing frameworks and policy; and proving it all with numbers that hold up.

Every engagement is designed to produce something measurable. If we can’t define what success looks like in concrete terms before we start, we redesign the scope until we can. Activity without outcomes is just expensive motion.
