Who will I actually work with?
The principal — directly. Connext doesn’t use junior analysts or project managers as intermediaries. When you engage Connext, you work with the person whose name is on the methodology.

How long does a typical engagement take?
It depends on scope and complexity. The Accountability Audit typically runs 4–8 weeks. Larger transformation and governance engagements are scoped individually. Timeline is always agreed before the engagement begins.
Do you work remotely?
Yes — remote-first by design. Travel is available where the engagement genuinely requires in-person presence, billed at cost with no markup. Most engagements are fully remote without any loss of quality or depth.
