About Connext

Built from the field.
Not the whiteboard.

Every methodology Connext uses was built, tested, and stress-tested in live mandates — in environments specifically designed to resist change, where the stakes were real and the margin for error was zero.

Ingrid Roxas

Founder & Principal

Ingrid Roxas is a transformation executive with 20+ years of operational leadership across six sectors and four geographies — healthcare, energy, municipal government, professional services, industrial operations, and digital transformation.

She has shaped over $1B in capital outcomes, recovered significant unrealized value within single mandates, and built governance infrastructure in organizations where none existed — including environments with active resistance, leadership vacuums, and no historical performance data to work from.

She is completing an LL.M. in AI, Innovation & Technology Governance at the University of Toronto, Faculty of Law — one of a small number of operational executives in Canada with this specific combination of governance credentials and live transformation receipts.

Ingrid founded Connext to do the work that retained consultancies rarely finish: building governance infrastructure that performs after the engagement ends, and proving it with numbers that hold up.

Why Connext exists.

Most governance and transformation advisory doesn’t work. Not because the frameworks are wrong — because the people delivering them have never had to live with the consequences of their own recommendations.

They design the operating model. They don’t run it. They build the KPI framework. They don’t get held accountable to it. They recommend the restructuring. They’re on a plane before the hard part starts.

Connext was built on a different premise: every methodology we use was built and stress-tested in live mandates. That’s not a marketing claim. It’s a track record.

What we mean by “leave it standing.”

The goal of every Connext engagement is to leave the organization permanently better — with frameworks, systems, and capabilities that perform after we’re gone.

Not a dependency. Not a reason to call us back in six months. Capacity built into the organization itself — in the people, the processes, and the governance infrastructure — that outlasts any single leader or any single engagement.

That’s the standard we hold ourselves to. And it’s the question we ask at the end of every mandate: would this still be standing in five years if we never came back?

How we work

Three principles. Every engagement.

01

Questions before answers

We ask more questions than most clients expect before we recommend anything. Root cause before solution. The presenting problem is rarely the real problem — and solving the wrong one perfectly is still the wrong outcome.

02

Outcomes over activity

Every engagement is designed to produce something measurable. If we can’t define what success looks like in concrete terms before we start, we redesign the scope until we can. Activity without outcomes is just expensive motion.

03

Built to outlast us

We’re not building dependency. We’re building capacity. Frameworks, systems, and governance infrastructure designed to perform after we leave — and to keep performing as the organization grows and the regulatory landscape shifts.

Where we’ve worked

The problems we solve don’t respect industry boundaries.

Work with us

Let’s find out if we’re a fit.

Every engagement starts with a conversation — not a proposal. If there’s a fit, we’ll tell you clearly. If there isn’t, we’ll tell you that too — and point you toward someone who can help.
